SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • We ship orders Monday - Friday.
  • Orders over $300 ship for free within the United States
  • Processing times before your order is shipped is noted with each product description.
  • Please contact us for rush processing and shipping fees.
  • International customers please contact us for a ship quote
  • We ship via Priority Mail (1-3 Day Delivery), UPS Ground (1-5 day delivery) and FED EX (1-5 day delivery depending on the vendor and/or products selected. 
  • Multi-item orders may arrive separately and/or by different carriers. We will send tracking information for each shipment.
  • Multi-item orders ship on the latest shipping date as stated within the item descriptions.
  • Please allow sufficient time before your event date for your order to reach you. The above transit times are guidelines as outlined by the carriers. We are not responsible for transit delays by USPS, FEDEX or UPS including, but not limited to severe weather conditions and/or catastrophic events.
  • We will notify you via email upon your shipment with tracking information.
  • Your signature may be required upon shipment on orders over $100 and/or all hand made and custom design orders.
  • Packages that are refused or returned to us will not be re-shipped without advance payment of re-shipping fees.
  • In case of damages during shipment please contact us immediately and keep all parts of your package including the packing slip.
  • Please feel free to contact us with any questions before your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We sure hope you love your order as we love happy customers!
  • Returns and exchanges are welcome on non-personalized, ready made and do it yourself products only in the original packaging with a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for a return authorization.
  • Custom and hand made to order products are not returnable or exchangeable as they are crafted to order and/or designed especially for you.
  • Partial returns are not accepted.
  • Shipping Costs to the buyer are non-refundable. Costs to ship an item back to us are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking
